Academy Squads
Built for our most advanced players, the Academy Squads program focuses on the holistic development of the players - touching on the technical, tactical and physical aspects of the game and ensuring that players are primed and ready on all fronts.

Under the guidance of our senior coaches, the players will follow a structured program designed to prepare them to play at the highest level. Our Vision program has already seen multiple of our players break into the NPL scene, and we are 100% sure that over the coming years, countless more will follow.
Players in this program can expect to build stronger technical foundations, develop a greater tactical understanding of the game, and learn how to move more effectively - while increasing their physical capabilities.

This program is designed for NPL, Super League, Diamond League and SAP players who are serious about their football and want to take their game to the next level. Players in this program will also have the opportunity to represent Vision in any future competitions that we enter.

By joining, players will receive:
- 1 training per week with our senior coaches
- Discount on VF training kit
- 10% off on any VF private training
- Opportunity to represent VF at future competitions

Academy Development Program
Our Academy Development Program is designed for players with big goals - who have not yet developed the technical ability and tactical understanding required to play at the elite level.
​
Here at Vision, we see players for what they can become, rather than what they are right now, and thus we created this program as a pathway into our Academy Squads as we have no doubts that there are countless players who have the potential - but simply have not yet had access to the high-level coaching that is required to excel.
​
Similarly to our Academy Squads, the Development program will focus primarily on the technical side of the game, while also paying close attention to tactical understanding and physical development.
​
Players in this program will also have the chance to work with our highly experienced and qualified coaches, who have played at the highest level and know what it takes to get there. Let's get to work.

Future Stars Program
While many coaches get caught up in the 'start them young' mindset, running young children through complex and advanced drills in the hopes that they turn into Ronaldo or Messi by age 17, we view it differently.
​
Football is about enjoyment. It's about passion. About fun. A child that does not truly fall in love with the game will not play past the age of 12 or 13. And this is what we do not want.
​
We want to create players that love the game, like us, because we know what a great impact this beautiful sport can have on a child's life. And so, if we can instil that same love in the young players we coach, then we have succeeded.
​
And this is exactly what our Future Stars program is all about. Becoming the next Messi or Ronaldo is just a bonus.
