THE PLAYER
The player is at the forefront of everything we do. It is why we started Vision. And it is why we continue to find ways to evolve our methods of training to ensure we are providing the best possible environment to every player we take in. Our aim with every player we coach is to develop the technical, tactical and physical foundations that are necessary to excel in football, and also to instil exemplary habits within them that will lead them to actively make a positive impact within their communities.

THE COACH
Our closest circle. Our coaching team is the backbone of Vision - and through this team, we are able to have the impact we do on the players we coach. The role of a coach is not one to be taken lightly, and all of our coaches, from the head coaches to the junior ones, are constantly striving to grow and develop to be able to provide players with the highest quality of coaching possible - because they deserve it.

THE PARENT
Without you, there is no player. And this is why we place great emphasis on the relationships we build with the parents. Through constant communication and feedback, trusting relationships are built. We need to be a team. Because football is a team sport.
The principles of everything we do lie within one phrase.
Excellent individuals that take an active role within a unified collective.
And this is how we see the game (and life), and what we aim to transmit through our programs. For a team to be excellent (a word which we use consistently), you need excellent (technically, tactically and physically) players. And those excellent players, must be together, and must have a clear vision of the way that the game should be played.
With the ball, at all times. Because football without the ball, is not football.
