VISION FOOTBALL – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all programs, events, services and activities operated

by Vision Football PTY LTD (“Vision Football”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By registering for or participating in any

Vision Football program, clinic, camp, trial, tournament or event, Participants and/or their Parent/

Guardian agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Participant” refers to any player registered in a Vision Football program, event or service.

  • “Parent/Guardian” refers to the legal parent or guardian responsible for the participant.

  • “Programs” refers to all Vision Football services including, but not limited to:

    • Academy Squads

    • Academy Technical

    • Academy Development

    • Future Stars

    • Holiday Camps

    • Elite Clinics

    • Trial Preparation Clinics

    • Tournaments

    • Trials

    • Private Coaching

    • Any other football-related program or event operated by Vision Football.

 

2. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

2.1 All registrations must be completed through the official Vision Football registration system or by

contacting an official Vision Football communication channel (e.g. email) in writing.

2.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.3 Vision Football reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel a registration at its discretion.

2.4 Certain programs may require participants to attend trials, assessments or receive invitations prior

to acceptance (e.g. Academy Squads).

2.5 Participants must register in the appropriate age group and program (based on the program

eligibility description) unless otherwise approved by Vision Football.

 

3. FEES & PAYMENTS

3.1 All program fees must be paid in full by the due date specified at registration unless an approved

payment plan has been arranged.

3.2 Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the participant losing their position in the

program.

3.3 Any payment plans offered by Vision Football must be adhered to strictly.

3.4 Outstanding fees may result in suspension from training sessions, games, events or future

registrations.

3.5 All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.6 Vision Football reserves the right to amend pricing at any time for future programs or services.

 

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Refund requests, cancellation requests or medical absence requests must be submitted in writing to

bookings@visionfootballau.com.

4.2 Medical absences or cancellations across any Vision Football program may be subject to a refund,

credit, make-up session or fee adjustment where appropriate supporting medical documentation is

provided.

4.3 Any refund, credit, make-up session or fee adjustment remains at the sole discretion of Vision

Football.

4.4 Term Programs (Academy Technical, Academy Development & Future Stars)

4.4.1 Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions within term programs.

4.4.2 A credit may be offered where an absence is communicated in writing to Vision Football at least 24

hours prior to the missed session.

4.4.3 Credits are offered at the sole discretion of Vision Football and may not be redeemable for cash.

4.5 Full-Year Programs (Academy Squads)

4.5.1 Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for missed sessions within full-year programs,

including Academy Squads.

4.5.2 Fees may be adjusted for long-term injuries exceeding 4 consecutive weeks where appropriate

medical documentation is provided to Vision Football.

4.5.3 Any fee adjustment remains at the sole discretion of Vision Football.

4.6 Holiday Programs (Elite Clinics & Holiday Camps)

4.6.1 A credit may be offered for absences communicated to Vision Football in writing at least 24 hours

prior to the missed program day.

4.6.2 Where a participant cancels more than 7 days prior to program commencement in writing, a

refund or credit may be offered.

4.6.3 Medical absences or cancellations may be eligible for consideration under clause 4.1.1 where

supporting medical documentation is provided.

4.6.4 No refunds or credits will be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Non-attendance

  • Partial attendance

  • Failure to attend due to holidays or external commitments

  • Cancellations communicated less than 24 hours prior to the missed program day.

4.7 Private Training

4.7.1 Cancellations in writing by the Parent/Guardian more than 24 hours prior to the session may be

eligible for a refund, make-up session or credit.

4.7.2 Cancellations communicated less than 24 hours prior to the session may still be charged in full.

4.7.3 Vision Football reserves the right to determine the appropriate outcome, including whether a

refund, credit or make-up session will be offered.

4.8 General Cancellation & Program Changes

4.8.1 Vision Football reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify programs due to insufficient

registrations, venue availability, weather conditions, coach availability, government restrictions or

unforeseen circumstances.

4.8.2 Where Vision Football cancels a session or program and cannot reasonably provide a replacement

session, a credit, refund or make-up session may be offered.

4.8.3 Vision Football reserves the right to assess exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. WET WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

5.1 Programs may proceed in wet weather where facilities remain safe and operational.

5.2 Vision Football may cancel, postpone or relocate sessions where conditions are considered unsafe.

5.3 Decisions regarding cancellations due to weather or other circumstances are at the sole discretion

of Vision Football.

5.4 Vision Football shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside of

its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Power outages

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Venue closures

  • Transport disruptions.

 

6. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

6.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, teammates, referees,

opponents, parents and members of the public.

6.2 Bullying, abuse, harassment, discrimination, dangerous behaviour or repeated disruption will not be

tolerated.

6.3 Vision Football reserves the right to remove or suspend participants from programs or events

without refund where behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

6.4 Parents and spectators are expected to demonstrate respectful and supportive behaviour at all

times.

6.5 Vision Football reserves the right to ask any parent, spectator or participant to leave a venue where

behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive.

6.6 Vision Football reserves the right to remove participants or families from programs where conduct

online or in person is deemed abusive, defamatory, threatening or damaging to the Vision Football

community or reputation.

 

7. ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

7.1 Participants are expected to arrive on time and prepared for all sessions.

7.2 Participants should notify Vision Football where they are unable to attend.

7.3 Repeated lateness or absenteeism may impact selection decisions, playing opportunities or future

invitations.

 

8. HEALTH & MEDICAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Parents/Guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or health

concerns during registration.

8.2 Participants must not attend sessions if medically unfit to participate.

8.3 Vision Football may administer basic first aid where required.

8.4 In the event of an emergency, Vision Football may seek medical treatment for a participant where a

parent/guardian cannot be contacted.

8.5 Any associated medical costs remain the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian.

8.6 Vision Football reserves the right to refuse participation where a medical condition may create an

unreasonable risk to the participant or others.

 

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

9.1 Participation in football and sporting activities involves inherent physical risks, including but not

limited to:

  • Injury

  • Illness

  • Physical contact

  • Falls

  • Equipment-related incidents.

9.2 Participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Football, its directors, employees, coaches,

contractors and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or damage to property

  • Accidents

  • Delays

  • Indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in any Vision Football activity.

9.4 Participants participate at their own risk.

9.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under

Australian Consumer Law.

 

10. INSURANCE

10.1 Participants are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal accident and medical insurance.

10.2 Vision Football may hold insurance policies required by law; however, participants remain

responsible for their own medical and personal insurance coverage.

 

11. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA CONSENT

11.1 Vision Football may photograph or record participants during programs, events and activities.

11.2 By registering, participants and parents/guardians consent to the use of images, video and

recordings for:

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Promotional materials

  • Educational purposes.

11.3 No compensation will be provided for the use of such material.

11.4 Parents/Guardians who do not wish for a participant to appear in promotional material must notify

Vision Football in writing prior to the commencement of the program.

 

12. PRIVACY

12.1 Vision Football collects personal information for registration, communication, safety and

operational purposes.

12.2 Information may include:

  • Names

  • Contact details

  • Emergency contacts

  • Medical information

  • Participation history.

12.3 Vision Football will take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with

applicable Australian privacy laws.

12.4 Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

12.5 Vision Football may contact participants and parents/guardians regarding programs, events,

updates and promotional opportunities.

12.6 By registering, participants and parents/guardians consent to Vision Football storing and using

personal information for operational, communication, safety and administrative purposes.

 

13. COACHING, TEAMS & PLAYER SELECTION

13.1 Vision Football reserves the right to:

  • Allocate coaches

  • Change coaching staff

  • Modify groups or schedules

  • Adjust program structures

  • Reassign participants where appropriate

13.2 Advertised or assigned coaches may change at any time.

13.3 Selection-based programs, teams and tournaments are determined at the sole discretion of Vision

Football.

13.4 Selection decisions are final.

13.5 Participation in a trial or program does not guarantee future selection.

 

14. TOURNAMENTS, TRAVEL & EXTERNAL EVENTS

14.1 Additional tournament or travel-related terms may apply to selected events.

14.2 Participants and families are responsible for organising and funding their own travel,

accommodation and related expenses unless otherwise specified.

14.3 Vision Football is not responsible for travel disruptions, accommodation issues or costs associated

with external providers.

14.4 Participants selected for tournaments or representative events are expected to honour their

commitment once confirmed.

 

15. UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT

15.1 Participants may be required to wear approved Vision Football apparel or uniforms for certain

programs or events where the uniform requirement is specified.

15.2 Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate football boots, shin pads, water bottles and

any required equipment.

15.3 Vision Football is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

15.4 Participants may be prevented from participating if they are not wearing required safety

equipment, including shin pads, or are wearing unsafe items such as jewellery.

 

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

16.1 All Vision Football branding, logos, program materials, training content, graphics, videos and

intellectual property remain the property of Vision Football unless otherwise stated.

16.2 No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

 

17. WEBSITE & ONLINE SERVICES

17.1 Vision Football makes reasonable efforts to ensure website accuracy but does not guarantee that

website content will always be complete, current or error-free.

17.2 Vision Football is not liable for interruptions, technical issues or website downtime.

17.3 Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

 

18. CHANGES TO PROGRAMS & TERMS

18.1 Vision Football reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

18.2 Updated Terms & Conditions will apply from the date published on the Vision Football website.

18.3 Vision Football reserves the right to modify program structures, venues, schedules, coaches or

inclusions where necessary.

 

19. GOVERNING LAW

19.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

19.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the

jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
