1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in football coaching services provided by Vision Football Pty Ltd ("Vision Football", "we", "us", "our") and use of our website visionfootballau.com.

By registering for, attending, or participating in any Vision Football program, session, event, camp, tour, private training, academy program, or partnership service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Our Services
Vision Football provides football coaching services including but not limited to:
- Academy training programs
- Club partnership coaching
- Social team coaching
- Private training sessions
- Camps, tournaments, tours and special events

All Services are recreational sporting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any Service at our discretion.

3. Registration & Payment
3.1 Registration
Participation requires submission of registration details via our website or approved registration method. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.2 Fees
All registration fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be made via online payment methods or direct deposit. Fees are subject to change at our discretion.

3.3 No Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable for any reason, including change of mind, illness or injury, scheduling conflicts, weather disruptions, or non-attendance. Vision Football may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit in exceptional circumstances, but is not obligated to do so.

4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in football and related sporting activities involves inherent risks including physical injury (including serious injury or death), collision with other participants, equipment-related injury, weather-related risks, strains, sprains, fractures, and concussion. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

5. Civil Liability & Waiver (NSW Recreational Services)
To the maximum extent permitted under the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW) and applicable Australian law, Vision Football excludes liability for personal injury resulting from the supply of recreational services. Liability for injury resulting from obvious risks of recreational activities is excluded.

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Football Pty Ltd, its directors, coaches, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in Services, breach of these Terms, participant misconduct, or injury caused to other participants.

7. Medical & Fitness Declaration
You warrant that the participant is medically fit to participate, all relevant medical conditions have been disclosed, and Vision Football is authorised to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. Any medical costs are the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian.

8. Behaviour & Conduct
Vision Football reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or disruption and may suspend or terminate participation without refund.

9. Photography & Media Release
Vision Football may capture photos and videos during sessions and events. By participating, you grant Vision Football the right to use images and recordings for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation unless written notice is provided prior to participation.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, branding, training materials, videos, images, and written content is the property of Vision Football Pty Ltd. Users may share content for non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit content without written consent.

11. Cancellations & Force Majeure
Vision Football is not liable for cancellations due to weather, government restrictions, facility closures, or events outside our control. We may reschedule sessions but are not obligated to provide refunds.

12. Privacy
Vision Football collects personal information including name, contact details, address, and medical information where required for the purpose of delivering Services.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Football’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service. Vision Football is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

15. Amendments
Vision Football may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
